Shipping Policy
We offer both tracked and untracked shipping options at checkout.
All tracked shipping services include delivery tracking and are insured against loss in transit. In the unlikely event that a tracked parcel is lost, damaged, or fails to arrive, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Customers who choose an untracked shipping method do so at their own risk. However, if we are able to verify through An Post that an untracked parcel has been lost in transit, we will still provide a replacement or refund.
If a parcel cannot be verified as lost by An Post or there is insufficient evidence to confirm non-delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer compensation, replacements, or refunds for untracked shipments.
There is no need to be overly concerned about choosing untracked shipping within the Republic of Ireland. We have successfully shipped over 50 orders through An Post and have never experienced a parcel being lost in transit. While tracked shipping offers additional peace of mind, our experience with An Post has been consistently reliable.
