Returns & Warranty Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. That's why we offer a 14-Day Returns Guarantee on all purchases. If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, provided it is returned in the same condition as supplied.

In addition, all products are covered by our 3-Month Warranty. If a product develops a fault during the warranty period, we may ask for photos, videos, or other evidence of the issue before proceeding. In some cases, the product may need to be returned to us for inspection and testing to verify the fault.

Once the issue has been confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the product as appropriate. Where a direct replacement is unavailable, we will provide a selection of comparable alternatives of equal value. If none of the available alternatives are suitable, you may choose to receive a full refund instead.
